The Conference Center at Marconi sits in a California state park and used to house the dangerous cult Synanon. The reimaged hotel has 44 unique guest rooms.Design scope includes 4 guest room buildings, reception, wellness center, dining hall, and outdoor spaces. The HS design team led the creation of all the renovated space designs, guest room designs, custom textile, art, furnishings, and decor, as well as provided significant oversight and support during construction.
